Sensei Paul

 

Sensei Paul Danos of the United States of America holds the rank of 7th Dan NWKA. Sensei Paul Started karate in 1978 in his home country of South Africa, first in Goju ryu until shodan and then changed to Shotokan with SKI South Africa. Many times junior kumite champion and fought state level for men’s kumite team. In the USA became member of SKIF USA KARATE TEAM, competing around the globe and winning gold, silver and bronze at world championships. Coach of SKIF team USA in Indonesia 2016 world championship. Sensei Paul also participated in professional kick boxing for 10 years. Rated number 1 fighter in the 90s with ISKA and won a bronze medal in kickboxing in 1993 for South Africa in Budapest World Championship.
Currently Karate Instructor, fitness, boxing, and strength trainer.
