Sensei Brian

 

Sensei Brian Chin Leung of Trinidad and Tobago holds the rank of 8th Dan NWKA. Sensei Brian started his formal Karate training with the JKA in the late 60s and has been graded by many famous Masters including Nakayama, Okazaki and Kanazawa. He represented Trinidad and Tobago in international competition from 1972 to 1975 and also taught karate in other countries including St. Kitts, Cayman Islands and Barbados. In the past he served as President of the Caribbean Karate Federation, Chief Instructor of The Trinidad Karate Association, and is currently the Chief Instructor Shotokan Karate Of Trinidad and Tobago. He coached the Trinidad and Tobago team to victory in the 1986 ISKF Pan American championships. In addition to his karate qualifications he is also a certified Physical Fitness Specialist.
